In accordance with the provisions of MCA circulars, hard copy of Postal Ballot Notice along with Postal Ballot Forms and pre-paid business envelop will not be sent to the members and the members are required to communicate their assent or dissent through e-voting system only. The company has engaged the services of NSDL for the purpose of providing e-voting facility. The voting will start from Tuesday,26th March,2024 (9:00 AM)and shall end on Wednesday, 24th April, 2024 (5:00 PM).
