Further pursuant to BSE Circular LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 dated June 20, 2018, Mrs Urvi Mittal, who has been appointed at the 7th AGM of the Company, as aforesaid, is not debarred from accessing the capital markets and/or restrained from holding position of Director in any listed Company.
