Praveg Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 23/04/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Scheme of Amalgamation ('Scheme') between Eulogia Inn Private Limited (the Transferor Company) with Praveg Limited (the Transferee Company), and their respective shareholders and Creditors, under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 ('the Act') and other applicable laws including the rules and regulations which envisages the amalgamation of Eulogia Inn Private Limited into and with Praveg Limited; ('Proposed Transaction'). Further to intimation dated March 27, 2025, relating to Closure of Trading Window, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025.
