Pusuanat to Section 30 of SEBI (LODR), 2015, this is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company has passed the necessary resolution to make application to the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai (ROC) to garnt extension of time to convene the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25. Accordingly, the Company will make an application to the ROC for granting extension of time limit to hold the AGM . The Exchange will be duly informed of such grant of extension or any update in this regard.
