Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, enclosed copy of the postal ballot notice dated 23rd May, 2023 ('Postal Ballot Notice') to seek approval of the shareholders for re-appointment of Mr. Suresh G. Kare as Chairman of the Company in the capacity of Non-Executive Non Independent Director and to advance any loan, give any guarantee or to provide any security to all such person specified under section 185 of the Companies Act, 2013.
