HOV SERVICES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/05/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve NOTICE is hereby given that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, the May 27, 2023 to consider inter-alia: a) Audited financial results of the Company for 3 months financial period (Q4) ended on March 31, 2023; and b) Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial statements for FY ended on March 31, 2023. Further, with reference to Company's intimation dated March 28, 2023 for closure of Trading Window remaining closed from April 1, 2023 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the Q4 & Year end March 31, 2023. Accordingly, the trading window shall remain close until May 29, 2023.
