We refer to our letter of intimation dated December 8, 2023, wherein we informed that Saankhya Labs Private Limited, (the "Saankhya") a Majority owned and controlled subsidiary of Tejas Netowrks Limited (the "Tejas") has received a provisional purchase order of Rs.96.42 Crores from NewSpace India Limited (a Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) under Dept. of Space, Govt. of India) for supply, installation and commissioning of two-way mobile Satellite service (MSS) Terminals (Xponders) for vessel communication and support system in marine fishing vessels for mointoring, control and surveillance (MCS) and the provisional purchase order would be deemed as final/confirmed purchase order only after delivery and acceptance of proto terminals (Xponders) and bulk production clearance by NewSpace India Limited.
