A Board meeting of the company scheduled to be held on 18th July 2025, to consider and approve, inter-alia, the proposal for declaration of first interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The First interim dividend, if declared, will be paid to those shareholders holding equity shares, whose name appear on the register of members as on 24th July 2025 (Record date: 24th July 2025). The First interim dividend, if declared, will be paid on or before 16th August, 2025.
