BSE Ltd imposed fine of Rs.11,94,160/- on Corporation for non-compliance with listing requirements for the quarter ended December 31, 2023. Since Corporation is a body corporate and governed by Parliament Act viz. State Financial Corporations Act, 1951, induction of Independent Directors is beyond the control of the Corporation and hence requested BSE Ltd to waive fine.
