Based on the recommendation of Audit Committee, the Board of Directors at its meeting held today, approved the appointment of M/s Parekh & Associates, Company Secretaries (FRN: P1988MH009800, Peer Review Certificate Number: 6556/2025) as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for the audit period of five (5) consecutive years commencing from financial year 2025-26 till financial year 2029-30, subject to the approval of the Member at the ensuing AGM of the Company
