With reference to the notice of Board Meeting dated July 25, 2025, we hereby inform that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on August 02, 2025 (commenced at 11.10 a.m. and concluded at 11.40 a.m.) has inter alia, transacted the following business: 1) Approved the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. 2) Approved an investment of ? 10 million in the Equity Shares of Advanced Nutrazyme Private Limited, an existing Wholly Owned Subsidiary.
