The trading window of the Company to deal in equity shares of the Company will be closed from April 1,2025 for the designated employees (and their immediate relatives) and the same shall remain closed till the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 4th Quarter (Q4) ended on 31st March 2025 and completion of 48 (Forty - eight) hours thereafter.
