We hereby intimate that pursuant to an open offer, an application for reclassification of promoters/ promoter group into public category submitted on 19.12.2024 has been re-submitted on 11.02.2025 by the Company under Regulation 31A(8)(c) of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 since the BSE was not able to view the previous filing due to some technical glitch.
