Pursuant to Reg. 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby announce that the company has received a certificate from the Chief Electrical Commissioner for the successful partial commissioning of a 12.5 MW (out of the total capacity of 35 MWp) Solar Power Project in Gujarat for Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Limited (GSECL).
