This is in continuation of our letter dated September 26, 2022 intimating that the Monitoring Committee will meet on October 14, 2022 to fix the Record Date for extinguishment/cancellation of shares as per the approved Resolution Plan. As required under Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Monitoring Committee in their meeting held today, fixed October 28, 2022 as the Record Date for determining the Shareholders whose shares will be extinguish/cancel as per the terms and conditions of the Resolution Plan approved by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal ('NCLT'), Ahmedabad vide its Order dated July 1, 2022.
