Mr. Hiteshkumar Gaurishankar Patel is re-appointed as Managing Director of the Company, on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, for a period of five years commencing from 24th September, 2025 to 23rd September, 2030, subject to approval of Shareholders in the ensuing General Meeting of the Company.
