Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you about the following changes in composition of the Board: (a) Ms. Seema Sanei (DIN: 10549952), has tendered her resignation as an Independent Director of the Company, with effect from closure of business hours on 03rd January, 2025, citing pre-occupation and other personal commitments. Consequently, She shall also cease to be a Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Risk Management Committee of the Company. (b) Mr. Pratik Shah (DIN: 06809235), has tendered his resignation as the Independent Director of the Company, with effect from closure of business hours on 03rd January, 2025 citing pre-occupation and other personal commitments. Consequently, he shall also cease to be Member of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company.
