The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are enclosed herewith as Annexure I. The resignation letter received from Mr. Anmol Verma from the post of CFO of the Company is enclosed as Annexure II.
