The Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. Saturday, the 26th day of July, 2025, inter alia has approved the re-appointment of M/s. J. C. Ranpura & Co, Chartered Accountants, Rajkot (ICAI Firm Registration No.: 108647W), as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a second term of five consecutive years, starting from the conclusion of the 40th AGM till the conclusion of the 45th AGM of the Company to be held in the calendar year 2030, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
