This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Reg 2015 and Company''s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the security of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons and their immediate Relatives from 1 oct 2024 onwards, upto 72 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting which will be held for consideration and approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter/ half year ending 30th Sep 2024.
