Recommended the dividend of Rs. 2/- (20%) per fully paid-up equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2022-23, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Financial Results, Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Audit Report with Declaration pursuant to regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD56/2016 dated 27th May, 2016 are enclosed herewith. The meeting commenced at 11:30 a.m. and concluded at 03:35 p.m.
