With reference to our letter dated 12th August, 2022, we had submitted intimation of Appointment of Mr. Sridhar Borapureddi (DIN: 02137228) as Additional Director designated as Independent Director of the Company with effect from 11th August, 2022 for a period of five (5) years. The said intimation contained typographical error with regard to tenure of appointment. The tenure of appointment was wrongly mentioned as five years instead of two (2) years. Accordingly, the tenure of appointment mentioned in the intimation letter dated 12.08.2022 may be read as Two (2) years instead of five years.
