Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, we wish to inform that the member of the Board of Directors through resolution passed through circulation today, on February 23, 2025 has, inter alia, considered lapsing of 10,96,000 warrants, due to non-exercise of option to convert warrants into equity shares.
