Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and Company's Internal Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company had been closed with effect from 1st July, 2022 for all the Designated Persons and Insider of the Company and shall continue to remain closed till 10th August, 2022 (both days inclusive).
