To consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023. 2. Resignation of Ms. Saloni Hurkat, Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company with effect from close of business hours of 16th August 2023. 3.
