With reference to your mail dared 13th November, 2023 regarding clarification for late submission with respect to outcome of Board Meeting, we hereby submit that the company has always disclosed to the stock exchange, all material information, which has a bearing on the operations/performance of the company including all necessary disclosures in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing obligations and disclosure requirements) regulations 2015 within the stipulated time. We hereby further submit that due to technical glitch, and improper internet connection at the time of submission, there was a delay in the outcome of Board meeting by three minutes. We assure that we would be more careful in future and would continue to adhere to the compliances required under the listing regulations and other applicable laws.
