To incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary of Response Informatics Limited in New Jersey, USA. 2. To shift the registered office of the company from Plot No 42, Nagarjuna Hills, Punjagutta, Hyderabad, Telangana-500082 to 1-89/3/4, 3rd floor,Raghuma Towers, Hi-tech city road, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana- 500081. 3. The meeting commenced at 5:00 P.M. and concluded at 6:30 P.M.
