Further, to our communication dated 30th December, 2024, regarding Closure of Trading Window pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company''s Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in Securities of the Company, the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company will continue to remain closed for the Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) till 48 hours post publication of financial results.
