Consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Statements including Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2025, the Statement of Profit & Loss, the Cash Flow Statement and notes thereon for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, together with the Auditor's Report and Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025; 2.
