Pursuant to the Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. May 30, 2023 have inter alia, considered and approved the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Statements including Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2023, the Statement of Profit & Loss and the Cash Flow Statements for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2023 and Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2023 and affirms their satisfaction over the financial statements and results of the Company. A copy of the said results together with the Auditors'' Report for quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2023, are enclosed herewith along with the Statement on Impact of Audit Qualifications on Audited Financial Results as Annexure I. Kindly note that the meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 7:00 P.M. and concluded at 9:00 P.M.
