Appointed Ms Shubhangi Agarwal, Practicing Company Secretaries, Ahmedabad as as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of five (5) consecutive financial years commencing from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the 14th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
