Pursuant to SEBI LODR, 2015, the trading window dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed w.e.f. April 1, 2025 till the conclusion of 48 hours after declaration of Audited Standalone and consolidated financials for the year ended March 31, 2025 for the designated persons, their immediate relatives and other insiders of the Company covered under the Company Code of conduct.
