RDB REALTY & INFRASTRUCTURE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/10/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In continuation to the intimation made by the Company on September 9, 2024 in terms of Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of RDB Realty & Infrastructure Limited which was scheduled on September 16, 2024 to discuss the following business items, stands postponed to 04th October, 2024 at the same time and venue due to some unavoidable circumstances: 1. To consider fund raising through various means such as issuance of equity shares and/or convertible securities including share warrants on preferential basis under SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018, including determination of issue price as may be permitted under applicable laws, subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required including approval of shareholders of the Company. 2. To increase the Authorized Share Capital and Alteration of Capital Clause in the MOA of the Company. 3. To consider any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
