To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended on March 31, 2024. 2. To consider and recommend the final dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2024, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 17th Annual General Meeting of the Company. Further, kindly note that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 as amended the window closure for trading by Designated Persons, commenced on April 01,2024 shall end after 48 hours of the declaration of financial results of the Company on May 28, 2024.
