To consider & approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter & six months ended on September 30, 2024. 2. To consider & take note of Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditor on Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter & six months ended on September 30, 2024. Further, in accordance with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading ('Code') read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Co shall remain closed and re-open 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company on November 14, 2024.
