Pursuant to the 'Code of Fair Disclosure (Including Determination of Legitimate Purpose), Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Person(s) of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from Friday, July 01, 2022 until 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on June 30, 2022. Accordingly, all the Directors/Connected Persons/Designated Persons of the Company have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company to consider and approve the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 will be intimated in the due course.
