Further, kindly note that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 as amended the window closure for trading by Designated Persons, commenced on April 01,2023 shall end after 48 hours of the declaration of financial results of the Company on May 29, 2023.The closure of Trading Window has been informed to the Designated Persons covered by the Code.
