Welldone Integrated Services Private Limited ("WISPL"), M/s. Windfield Spaces Private Limited ("WSPL") and M/s. Marvelous Vickyfoods Private Limited ("MVPL"). 2. To consider and approve the appointment of Internal Auditors in the following wholly-owned Subsidiary Companies i.e, M/s. Welldone Integrated Services Private Limited ("WISPL"), M/s.
