Resignation of Directors
Suryachakra Power Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that Shri P. K. Bhattacharjee and Smt. B. N. Raja Kumari have resigned as Directors from the Board of the Company with effect from March 10, 2014 and March 28, 2014 respectively citing their personal reasons. Their resignation acceptance is subject to Board's approval in the next Board Meeting to be convened during May, 2014.
