Suryachakra Power Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 23, 2015 to September 30, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 30, 2015.For eligibility of the members to participate in the e-voting to be conducted from 10 am on September 26, 2015 to 5 pm on September 29, 2015.
