Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives for dealing in equity shares of the company shall remain closed from 1st April, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 31st March, 2025.
