Further, the trading window for designated employees and their immediate relatives for dealing in equity shares of the company under the Provision of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015 which has closed on 1st October, 2022 will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2022.
