SHALIMAR WIRES INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we like to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held through audio-visual means on Tuesday, the 14th February, 2023 to consider and approve, inter alia, the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2022. Further, the trading window for designated employees and their immediate relatives for dealing in equity shares of the company under the Provision of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015 which has closed on 1st January, 2023 will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2022.
