Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, 22nd September, 2022 to Thursday, 29th September, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 34th Annual General Meeting.
