Enclosed herewith please find the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) in the prescribed format under Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 along with Auditors Report thereon (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2025. The results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on Friday, the 30th day of May, 2025. The Auditor has qualified the report hence the statement of impact of Auditor's qualification is also being attached with the financial results. Further, Pursuant to Regulation 43 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company has recommended a dividend of Rs.2.90 per share on the equity share capital of the company aggregating an amount of Rs. 24,87,31,260/- for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
