The Company has entered into Supply Agreement for Bulk Bitumen- VG 30 & VG 40, with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (A Government of India Enterprise) for the supply of Bulk Bitumen- VG 30 & VG 40 confirming to IS 73-2013 from Company''s Haldia, Karwar, Mangalore and Taloja Units as per the requirements of BPCL. Tenure of the Agreement- Initial Order Period for the Agreement is for One Year and which is extendable for a further period of one year at the discretion of BPCL. Quantity of Bitumen to be supplied is VG 30- 45000 MT & for VG 40 is 30000 MT and the Total Deliverable Value is Approx. Rs. 303 Crores as per the Terms and Conditions of the Tender.
