Notice of 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 4:00 p.m at the registered office of the Company. The Register of Members and share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Sunday, September 22, 2024 to Tuesday, September 24, 2024 (both the days inclusive) for the purpose of the next Annual General Meeting.
