REXNORD ELECTRONICS & CONTROLS LTD. has submitted pursuant to Regulation 30&33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, that the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on Thursday, February 13, 2020, has: 1. Approved the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter ended December 31, 2019 duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee alongwith the Limited Review Report received from the Statutory Auditors. 2. Based on the recommendations of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, considered and approved: (a) Re-appointment of Mr. Kishorechand Talwar as Chairman and Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 years commencing from April 1, 2020 as the existing term expires on March 31, 2020, subject to approval of members. (b) Re-appointment of Mrs. Nainy Kunal Tanna as Whole time of the Company for a period of 3 years commencing from April 1, 2020, as the existing term expires on March 31, 2020, subject to approval of members.
