Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of Kaiser Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as the Company), the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from Tuesday, April 1, 2025 till 48 hours after the end of the Board Meeting wherein; the approval of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025 would be considered, approved and declared.
