Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and " Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of Kaiser Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as the Company), the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from Tuesday, September 1, 2024 till 48 hours after the end of the Board Meeting; wherein the approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2024 would be considered, approved and declared.
